Rockabillys Unveil Their 2025 Schedule
Today, the Jackson Rockabillys unveil and release their 2025 Playing Schedule, which includes two special exhibition games at beautiful Rockabillys Stadium. The Season Opening Night is on Tuesday, May 27 at home against the Alton River Dragons. The Rockabillys will again play a 56-game schedule with two halves, along with the 2nd Women’s “Game Of Their Own” on June 24th as well as the 3rd Annual “Battle of the Billys – Gone Bananas” event on July 14 for a 30-game schedule at Rockabillys Stadium. The regular season concludes on July 31, with the Prospect League Playoffs then beginning on August 1st.
“We are very proud to enter our third season here with an exciting player roster which should be very competitive. We are wrapping up our player additions now and will begin introducing our roster in late winter. Fans will be thrilled to see that we have several returning players with newcomers that are high-level college players now”, said Rockabillys’ President/General Manager Dennis Bastien, “It’s a whole new ballgame every year and this 2025 season is shaping up to be very exciting”.
The 2025 campaign features numerous promotional nights already scheduled, which includes two Bobblehead giveaway nights, two Replica Home jerseys nights, among others to be announced. The Rockabillys will continue our annual Every-Friday-Night Fireworks shows, in addition to our Third Annual Fourth of July H&R AgriPower Fireworks Extravaganza game. Fans can also look forward to our continuing Throwback Thursdays.
The Rockabillys finished the 2024 season with a divisional best overall record of 33-22 under the tutelage of returning Field Manager Sam Quinn-Loeb, which included eleven come-from-behind late innings exciting wins.
