Attendees can look for an unforgettable evening of blues and celebration. \n  \nTerry “Harmonica” Bean is an Amercian Blues harmonica player\, guitarist\, and songwriter from Pontotoc\, Mississippi. Since 2001\, he has released seven albums and appeared in three documentaries exploring the blues experience. As a one-man band\, Terry plays both guitar and harmonica\, performing nationally and internationally.  He is one of the most sought-after musicians in blues today. \nAnthony Sherwood picked up his first guitar at age 4. Over the years\, he has mastered bass\, keyboard\, and drums. As the godson of Big Jack Johnson and a student of legends like Johnny Billington and Josh “Razorblade” Steward\, Anthony learned stage presence and respect. Now an international blues artist\, he gives back to the Delta by teaching blues music at the Delta Blues Museum.

DESCRIPTION:Join the Discovery Park of America for the “Let it Glow” kick-off ceremony featuring performances from the Jackson Symphony Orchestra\, Voices of Union City Elementary School\, and a special appearance by Santa Claus. The ceremony is free for members and $5 for non-members. \nThe “Let It Glow” Drive-thru and Walk-thru will be open 5-9 PM daily from Nov. 15-Dec. 30\, 2024 (closed on Thanksgiving\, Christmas Eve\, and Christmas Day). Walk-Thru tickets are $5 per person (kids 3 and under are free)\, and Drive-Thru tickets are $10 per car or $50 per bus (11+ passengers).
