SUMMARY:Jr. Ranger Camp 2024
DESCRIPTION:Junior Ranger Camp is limited to the first 15 campers to be registered. Registration fee ($30) should be paid by calling the park office at 731-988-5614. \nJoin the Pinson Mounds Rangers and Staff for a Day Camp full of discovery and fun! We will learn about what it means to be a Park Ranger by learning about safety\, Tennessee wildlife\, the environment\, and conservation! Activities will include Ranger led hikes\, games\, and crafts. Register quickly\, we only have 15 spots available! Adventure awaits! \nJunior Ranger campers need to wear sturdy shoes for hiking. Campers should apply sunscreen before arrival and bring extra sunscreen\, bug spray\, and a small backpack to carry items in. Insect repellent and a camera are also recommended. Some snacks and water will be provided during the camp\, but campers are encouraged to bring their own favorite snack. \nThere will be a graduation Ceremony for all Jr. Rangers that complete the course. The ceremony will be held at the Playground Picnic Shelter Saturday at 10:00 am. Families are welcome to attend. DESCRIPTION:The Rockabilly Highway Revival is an annual event held on the second Saturday of each June in Selmer\, Tennessee. The festival features Rockabilly music from old and new artists alike.
