Walk off the Turkey!

In celebration of Native American History Month, Shiloh National Military Park is partaking in an interpretive hike!

The interpretive hike will explore Shiloh Indian Mounds Historic Landmark, one of the most important archaeological sites in the lower Tennessee Valley. Participants will learn about Native Amercian life, the construction of the mounds, hunting and gathering methods, and more.

The hike will begin at 10AM at the Indian Mound shelter. Participants are encouraged to bring water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather.
