Meghan Poore Crowned Miss Tennessee Volunteer 2026

On Saturday night, 24-year-old Meghan Poore of Medina was crowned Miss Tennessee Volunteer 2026. After four years of competing, Poore’s perseverance and passion paid off as she earned the coveted title.

Poore stood out among 35 accomplished titleholders from across the state, impressing judges throughout multiple rounds of the four-day pageant. Contestants competed in four equally weighted categories: fitness and wellness, talent, evening gown, and a private interview.

In addition to the crown, Poore will serve as Governor Bill Lee’s Character Education Spokesperson. In this role, she will travel the state, speaking to Tennessee youth about compassion, leadership, and positive character development.

The scholarship she earned will help her continue her education at Arnold’s Beauty School. Poore also hopes to use her training to empower others in the pageant world by offering hair and makeup services.

From overcoming shyness to becoming a state ambassador, Meghan Poore’s journey is a shining example of determination, heart, and grace under pressure.
