2024 City of Jackson Christmas Parade
The 2024 City of Jackson Christmas Parade will take place on Monday, December 2, 2024, in Downtown Jackson. This year’s theme, “Connecting the Community through Christmas,” highlights the bond that brings us together during the most wonderful time of the year.
The evening starts with the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:15PM in front of Jackson City Hall (101 E. Main St.), followed by the parade at 6:30PM.
Leading the parade this year will be Steve Bowers, communications and Media Relations Manager at Jackson Energy Authority. Steve has been a part of the West Tennessee’s media world for nearly 50 years, from radio to TV, and was recently inducted into the TN Radio Hall of Fame.

Registration for floats, organizations, and individuals is open until November 22. Visit http://connect.jacksontn.gov and select “Parade Float Registration” to secure a spot.
